[aerogear-dev] Android MCP SDK Goals Doc

A few weeks ago we kicked off some discussions on the Android SDK. Since we've had a lot of things happen since then I am recirculating the doc and rekickstarting the conversation. Cross posting with feedhenry-dev because the aerogear-dev list seems to be being a bit ill.
