Well for whatever reason, over the last week or 2 test runs on my
system have been taking a very inordinate amount of time. Not sure
what to chalk this up to though since a lot has been changing lately.

w/o documentation namespace change, m9 just take more time than i expected, it didn't
hang forever, i was wrong yesterday.
and I think that's because you're using linux, as said in my first mail in this
thread, using m8 to build docs, it takes much longer on mac than linux
actually, on my mac, m9 takes almost same time as m8 to build docs ( w/o namespace
change)
