Hi Vlad, we have lots of spam, being added every day. We try to cleanup regularly and when an account is clearly just spamming I always it him "for life" but they just keep creating new accounts, even though our Captcha is very complex. The only thing we can do is to keep cleaning regularly: the less the adverts are online, the less those people get paid and will move to forums. Unfortunately our SEO scores are very high being a specialized forum so new groups keep trying.. I suspect this because of having observed the IP addressed last summer. Some of us start their day with 5 minutes forum cleanup, then 20 minutes helping on some questions.. in the weekends you probably see it at its worst as for example in my case I might not clean at all, or do a quick check much later than normal.
