That's indeed interesting. It is like a RDBMS that uses Hadoop as the underlying
storage engine.I see that others have managed to run the TPC-C suite against Trafodion

I think this could be a good opportunity for Hibernate to approach the BigData world and I
can see how nicely this could be advertised to Hibernate advantage.Since they want to
contribute, I see no reason for not helping them reaching this goal.
