OS, JVM, commands used (and other commands previously used), state of
the work space (is it a clean checkout?), state of the maven
repository
(was any dependency downloaded?), classpath (if set). After gathering
this information, would be very useful if you could try with the "-X"
flag in maven. If it also fails, it should gives us valuable
information.
