The graphviz generation worked fine thanks. I only tried it on a small test project, but I will be running it on a large project shortly - I'll let you know if I encounter any problems.

On a related note, I may need to do some work on the hbm2doc templates to include information such as entity hierarchies and inherited properties. Does that sound like something you'd be interested in patches for?
