Since the results of the discussions we had on this subject in Stockholm are lost I started documenting what I could remember of what I had planned here. It's still a work in progress (e.g. I'd really like to document all the "contributor" contracts and where they fit in). If y'all could chime in with any ideas or recollections I'd appreciate it.
