[Clustering Development] - Programatically identifying master/slave nodes in JBoss AS 7.1

Probably, in most cases, you dont care, but say if you dont implement a ha singleton service, but want to execute some code only on the master (or only one salve) node(s). How do the various UIs for JBoss monitoring get this information from JBoss AS? Similarly how to identify whether the node is running in a standalone mode or a domain cluster mode. I looked at JBoss AS clustering code and I couldnt find and API that can give this information. I looked at the GroupCommunicationService class and the MBeanServer class and they dont have this information. Is there any way I could query and get this information from JBOSS? But when using SOAP UI to test this service. The soap response always contain the error: HTTP Status 404 - /Quickstart_webservice_proxy_b/http/Proxy_Basic/Proxy I wonder why JbossESB remove 3 characters at the ending of esb app deployment that cause the error. [jBPM Development] - Bpmn2 custom elements

I'm new to bpmn2 development and I had an assignment to add some custom elements to an eclipse plugin of jbpmn. I downloaded the source code and started to look around. I need to add elements like Email Task and Log Task that are in a package apart called org.eclipse.bpmn2.modeler.extras. So I created my own package to include my elements. I changed a code a little bit and it works but the problem is that when I reopen the editor it shows me a raw Task figure. But the thing is that a native Email Task element becomes the raw Task figure as well, loosing it's envelope image in the upper left corner. Than i looked in bpmn2 diagram file and it's xml representation of Email Task is the same of that of a normal Task, same thing with my element. <bpmn2:task id="Task_2" drools:taskName="email" name="Email Task"/> <bpmn2:task id="Task_3" drools:taskName="dutyBinding" name="MyCustomElement"/> I tried to replicate UserTask element because it is the one that works the way I would to, like but I can't get it to work. I believe this is a flaw on our system on why do we have a DB logic inside a passivate call (I think this is not a normal case). Since I know that at ejbPassivate I dont have anymore transaction active, what i did was to create a new bean that has its own transaction. I created a stateless session bean that has its own db call and call this bean inside the passivate. Thanks for your help again. In tutorials and quickstarts - HTTPS, e.g. SSL service with BASIC auth, and probably it works fine. BUT I need HTTP without SSL. 2. After adding this property: <property name="file" value="/META-INF/http.properties"/> I always have deployment error: host parameter is null. Have anybody some experiance with ESB SOAPProxy and basic auth ?
