If there is no stream handler, URL cant be created. Check my log above. This basicaly tells that Policy ingored the VFS entry, since it could not create URL for 'vfs' protocol. Workaround is to register some vfs stream handler when JVM starts, since during runtime, AS7 does that I think, I already rose this issue to core. --------------------------------------------------
