Thanks for the response, the reference guide says you can define multiple instances in the portlet-instances.xml which would solve my problem but I am unable to get it to work. It also seems like there is a typeo in that guide because there are two instances being defined but both have the same instance-id. When you create two instances of the same portlet don't you have to give it a unique instance-id? So I could have two windows defined each referencing a uniuqe instance-id of the same portlet?
