Some existing MQ tests go beyond JMS and test MQ implementation-specific details. Those
tests can't be used as integration tests, they'll fail with Messaging, as the
implementation differs. However, we don't want to lose that testing behavior, it's
still valuable for MQ, so those test need to be isolated and run as "JBossMQ
functional tests"
