I think it's probably reasonable to have a separate DEBUG-level message for the
specific purpose of printing JAVA_OPTS.

The command line switches do not appear to be going into the server or boot logs at all.
It does scroll by at startup, but is not durably stored for support to have a chance to
trouble shoot.
