Also needs to be added to com.arjuna.ats.jta.transaction.Transaction as the JTA version
of Transaction does not allow for getting a uniq tx id (although TSR could be used
instead...)

The transaction bridge needs to get the tx Uid for recovery purposes. In order to do so
in a JTA/JTAX portable way, the SubordinateTransaction Interface needs to support it.
