This looks like it could be an Arquillian issue. The code calls controller.stop(CONTAINER)
in InboundCrashRecoveryTests#tearDown. Which is not overridden by this test. The method we
override is controller.kill(container), and is done via
JBossTSAS7ServerKillProcessor.java.
I don't think we can raise this as an issue until we have seen it happen with
Arquillian 1.0.0.Final.
