[rules-users] How to in a rule specify a timer

Hi everyone, I used an inference engine and I have to make the upgrade using drools expert. In my previous configuration, when some actions are valid then list of actions with a timer to initiate. Another rule has to verify and eventually to stop the timer. Is it possible using drools expert. I am using the version 5.5.0.
