Hello,
Eclipse only has the text based DRL rule editor. This is "guided" in the
sense that it has (should have, I've not looked recently) auto-complete.
GWT is Google Web Toolkit and is used by Guvnor; hence the statement "GWT
based Guided Editor in Guvnor".
The editor that has been removed was more graphical in operation (however
fell short in operation).
It could be that the screenshot is out of date. What do you see with the
5.4 plugin?
With kind regards,
Mike

Hi,
Thanks for the response. The link states - "The BRL Guided Editor has been
removed due to lack of interest and it falling behind. Its removal allows
more focus on the GWT based Guided Editor in Guvnor. The DRL, text-based,*
Guided Editor *remains unaffected.".
So the Guided Editor thats unaffected, is this the GWT Guided Editor? Is
there any guided editor available in Eclipse?
Also, in the Drools Expert User Guide (v 5.4.0) - Figure 6.4 shows the
"Guided Rule" option - is this because the screenshot is from an older
version?
Thanks,
dme
