You are right! I am using Tomcat 7 on Windows, simply unzipped, not installed. I had the following three subdirectories in Tomcat's bin directory: * .index .niogit repository * I have deleted these (but I can't do that in Jelastic...) and now things look better. But unfortunately I am behind a corporate firewall and that prevents Guvnor from starting because it cannot connect to GitHub. It would be nice if the application came up and had an option for defining a proxy, i.e. the connection to GitHub should not be made automatically on startup. But I don't know if this is possible and whether GitHub is only used for the demo or more...
