Yes, "Add row" appends a row. If you want to insert a row elsewhere use the
green "+" icons beside each row.
Whereas XLS Decision Tables are split into two sub-tables the web-guided
one does not need the extra information.
"RuleTable Eligibility Rules" should simply be the name of the asset.
Functions, Declared types, etc defined in an XLS Decision Table are simply
extra assets in Guvnor.

coming...but in the excel sheet that i had created , RuleTable and RuleSet
were on the top and share different area in the sheet.....I dont know where
to add this in Decision table....
