Here are the two rule names that are conflicting: "RNR Qty == RNR Adjustment Qty : 100% Tolerance" "RNR Qty >= RNR Adjustment Qty : 100% Tolerance" So it appears as though the rule names are not taking into account "special" characters. Is this to be expected? Ron
