Hi,
I used a list as global to retrieve all possible facts when applying the
rules.
Is this a good practice ?
If not how to get a bunch of facts that is true for my rules?

Barath,
It is possible to use globals for that. I do that often when doing unit
tests and for simple results.
For more complex results, you may want to either use queries or even
iterate through facts using an object class filter.

New subject: Download periodically the snapshot from the BRMS?
Hi,
Currently my application downloads the last snapshot of a rule package from a
BRMS server.
The problem is if there is a new snapshot, I have to restart my application to
get the new rules. Is it possible to configure the rule agent, so that it
automatically download the snapshot every 10 minutes for example?

Yes the rule
agent has properties files to control the polling of the BRMS.
