Thanks you all for the fast responses. TestNG is not an issue as it
generates junit compatible xml report files.
Though these are not called TEST-*.xml and the build process didn't
catch them. I've found 4 tests not included by the old pattern and fixed
that.
It will be great though if we have all reports in a commonly named
sub-directory. e.g. keep report XMLs in "test-report" directory, so we
can reliably select them all with a pattern like **/test-report/*.xml
