Release of ESB 4.7

We are pleased to announce the next project release of ESB, 4.7.
This release has already been provided to the SOA platform team and will
be the basis of the next SOA platform release, SOA 5.0.
There are many updates to the codebase, including a number of major
additions. The most notable of these are
- the inclusion of a UDDI 3 registry through the Apache jUDDI project,
- implementation of a new, servlet based, HTTP gateway
- support for SAML tokens
- XPath based routing
- regexp based routing
- an eventing mechanism to monitor the server.
Thanks to everyone on the team for the tremendous amount of effort in
making this release happen, especially over the last few weeks.
