corresponding jira issues as a means of code review and confidence
building.
Probably a good idea to discuss things here or on the #hibernate-dev

but i have much more experience in hibernate, and i've been developing in java for 3
years.
i would like to start going over small problems in jira, maybe to fix them, but i wonder
if there are some architecture documentations about clases, packages, where to put what
and when, and such matters.
where do i begin? (never participated in open source projects before)
