actually this is what one would expect. JACC mandates a context switch only if you go in an EJB component. Nothing is specified for request dispatch. When you request dispatch from portal or WSRP to the portlet application there is not context switch. In order to configure isUserInRole behavior of the portlet, you should look at what the spec defines. [Design of JBoss Build System] - Maven repository being maintained?

Hi! I am wondering if the Maven repository is being maintained. I am running a JBoss Seam based project with Maven and we have to add the seam, jbpm and other artifacts to our internal repository all the time. Went away from the non-clustered approach described in 2a) above to use a new IsLocalProxyFactoryInterceptor that only routes locally if the interceptor was created locally (analogue to the interceptor used for routing actual bean invocations.) I'll rephrase in English :-) I am unclear as to whether you think I should move the information about the callbacks (currently LifecycleMetaData) somewhere visible from the dependency project and have AbstractControllerContext invoke them, or have the individual implementations of ControllerContextAction (as what I have done in KernelControllerContextAction) invoke these? You are talking about the metadata repository right? From what I gather it seem you want this as the "holder" for the callbacks? I am unclear as to whether you think I should make the callers of this chain into somewhere visible for the dependency project and have that (AbstractControllerContext) or have the individual implementations of ControllerContextAction (as what I have done in KernelControllerContextAction)? I started an outline of the reference guide overview sections in docs/reference/src/docbkx/en/modules/outline.xml. There is a lot to cover so I'm trying to organize how we should go from higher level views down to specifics of how the spis are used, both by other mc classes and by mc customizers.
