I dropped the XSLT capability of the SOAPProxy a long time ago. It didn't make
architectural sense, as it makes the proxy do more than it is supposed to. Daniel
Bevenius wrote an XsltAction, which can be put in front of and/or after the SOAPProxy,
which makes a lot more sense for the pipeline ala' "separation of
concerns".
