you can adjust the xhtml files to what you need.... within the limitations of the page. Integrating this form in the console should be automagically. The forms.xml file should contain a task name and a reference to a form. Ah... ok, after reading the docs, I understand what was meant (it's kind of hypothetical) JPDL ,afaik, only allows one leaving transition from a sub-process node. What you can do is have multiple end-states in the sup-process and set a variable to a value to indicate which end-state it is in. your explanation is very clear. jBPM does not support it, but if I think, from reading what you want, you can use the 'milestones' concept. Hi Friends, I am using jBPM jpdm 3.2 with Eclipse GPD plug-in to develop process definitions. The UI created from GPD using "controller" is not so good, so Can I create a customized UI so jBPM-console will render that UI to user? I have generated from using "Task --> Details --> Generate Form" in Eclipse for a task node, but I don't know how to integrate this xHTML form with process definition. So can somebody tell me how to design custom UI form and use it with process definition xml file? [JBoss jBPM] - Asymmetric Forks and Joins

I am looking to initiate a process where after a fork, 1 of the task nodes is dependent on a task node that happened before the fork and the others are not. I have modeled this to have a join after the fork and the transitions into the join come from the earlier task and the fork. Later on I have a join to close out the later fork. However, jbpm doesn't like it and the items after the first join, never run and the process image shows it ending there. Is this possible or do I have to give up some level of concurrency in my process to do what jbpm supports. I have a very simple process defiinition to demonstrate this below (if my explanation is less than clear). I have no process variables, each task merely has an OK button to move to the next transition. I am using enterprise version 3.2.2.
