[JBoss jBPM] - Process Instace is created - But not able to see that instan

Hi, I'm trying to create instance of process. This is my code. | JbpmConfiguration jbpmConfiguration = JbpmConfiguration.getInstance(); | JbpmContext jbpmContext = jbpmConfiguration.createJbpmContext(); | GraphSession l_objGrphSession = jbpmContext.getGraphSession(); | ProcessDefinition l_objProcDef = l_objGrphSession.findProcessDefinition("myprocess", 1); | l_objProcInstance.signal(); I was successfully able to create the instance. I used getId() method of processinstance to see instance id. I'm able to get that but when I tried to see the same instance in jbpm console I didnot find one there. anyone has any idea? I think you are understanding 100% what Ronald is explaining: in you Action Handler class implementation, you can simply use the jBPM ExpressionEvaluator and try to get the variable from this object using the string you use between the #{}. This way, you can use your debugger, system.out, ... whatever works for you, without having to set the #{var} in the definition. So conclusion: check out the JbpmExpressionEvaluator class. It seems mail node is blocking, I just tried. I would like to handle when the sending of a mail fails. I saw that this node can handle exceptions, so I added one : <mail-node name="notifier_valideur" to="#{demande.valideur.email}" template="task-assign"> | <subject>#{mailSubject}</subject> | <text>#{mailText}</text> | <exception-handler exception-class="javax.mail.SendFailedException"> | <action class="InvalidEmailAddressExceptionHandler" name="mailFailed"></action> | </exception-handler> | <exception-handler exception-class="com.sun.mail.smtp.SMTPAddressFailedException"> | <action class="InvalidEmailAddressExceptionHandler" name="smtpFailed"></action> | </exception-handler> | <transition to="valider_demande"></transition> | </mail-node> Result is that I still get the exception, and workflow stops here. I even don't get inside the InvalidEmailAddressExceptionHandler class. What's wrong? by reading what I stated before. Your variable contains the string you passed to it, including the #{.....} and by parsing it with the jBPM EL resolver it will be filled.
