[JBoss jBPM] - Problem with JobExecutor - hibernate.cfg.xml not found

I have configured Jbpm 3.3.0.GA with Spring webflow. It was working fine. But when I used JobExecutor, it shows the following error:

Iam desperately working on this for a week, but yet to find a solution.
