in my opinion this syntax is more readable:

| <decision name="Collateral" expression='#{ collateral == "true" ? "true" : "false" }'>
| <transition to="fork1" name="true"></transition>
| <transition to="NO_COLLATERAL" name="false"></transition>
| </decision>
|
|
The expression-based decisions must return a transition name.
