Yes, but I will have to have a condition in that rule to prevent it from firing if others
have. I will have to alter my data model to detect that situation. I can fix my problem
using the salience parameter but I was wondering if there is was a built-in mechanism for
that purpose.
I will try with the salience method

How about if you create a rule with lowest salience, this will fire
_after_ all other rules have fired.
