Hello, the class ContactQueueDetail contains class ContactCallDetailId. ContactQueueDetail cqd I have asserted cqd to the WorkingMemory. It contains ContactCallDetailId id; On the LHS I need the Timestamp t=id.getStartDateTime(); I have not found the correct Syntax for this, yet.
