[rules-users] Adding @PropertyReactive causes the other rules removed from the stack

So I have a few rules for example, the rules are fired from bottom to top and I reckon once a rule in between calls modify, the rules above it will not be fired, although they should be. This happens when I add @PropertyReactive to my class. Drools version is 5.5.0.Final. Please advise if this has been fixed in 5.5.1?
