After making the changes dont forget to delete the repository folder, other
wise the db tables wont be getting created..
Points What i did
1) I had a up Guvnor.
2) Changed the Repository.xml
and also added postgresql Jar in my classpath.
3) Deleted the Repository folder
4) Started the guvnor again.
And Tables were created in the DB(Postgresql)

You can configure Guvnor's use of JCR (Jackrabbit) to use a database. In
this case JCR will create new tables as required by JCR.
Retrieving external data using "from" requires you, the application
author, to write helper classes that can retrieve data from any source you
wish using whatever technology you wish (JDBC, JPA, web services, file
system etc).
