Like Pete mentioned in another e-mail, it might be best if we avoid
copy/paste and do the XLS module using the CDK. I think its reasonable
to assume that we need an XLS module, unless we want to bundle PDF and
XLS together as some sort of rich export module.
I think what needs to happen is that the core document management
needs to be brought into the main set of seam tags. All the various
document types (PDF, charting, etc...) should be separately
installable external modules, This is not a small amount of work,
and if it were to happen it would need to go into 2.1.
