Hi! There as been a pull request[1] containing Javdoc generation using Grapviz[2]. I don't think it would make sense to add this to only the SimplePush Server, but instead if this is something we want it would be better to add it to all Java projects so that our docs look the same. An example is provided with the pull request so that you can see what it looks like. [iOS] Remove non existing item from storage exit code

remote HTTP service for testing

Hi doing some work on multipart on iOS I came across 'http://httpbin.org', that supports testing of various HTTP methods (including timeouts, basic/digest, uploads etc). I think it can be handy when writing our integration tests. Specifically, it is used by our underlying iOS networking AF lib on their integration tests, so I guess it's must be pretty stable. Wdyt? [UnifiedPush] Removing 'broadcast'

hi, looking into [1] for removing the 'broadcast'. While at it, I'd also like to rename the RESTful APIs ([2]). IMO it no longer makes sense to have the endpoint being named ' /sender/selected'. My preference would be a simple '/sender'.
