Thank you for your response. Given that, what is the best way today (before JBOSSWS 2.0 arrival) to consume a web service from EJB3 component? Can u please point me to an example? Thanks. <service-ref> is only supported for EJB-2.1 With EJB3 you will have @WebServiceRef.
