It's not clear to me whether your ws is not working or you only noticed those messages in the log. They're debug logs by the MainDeployer that seems to be ignoring those exceptions. Anyway as long as you correctly install JBoss AS and JBoss WS (if you need to update it to a more recent version), you should not need to copy or move those libraries as they are installed in the right path for you by the installation script.
