i managed to build the project with

<xsd:import namespace="mynamespace" 
schemaLocation="http:/myalias:8080/project/Service?wsdl&resource=myschema.xsd"/>

but

http://ip-adress:8080/WebService/project?wsdl

gives an error

how can i publish a web service under a differen url?
