These webservices use the rpc/encoded style. JbossWS does not support this style. It's use has been discouraged because of interoperability issues (keyword WS-I Basic Profile). You could either use another webservice stack (e.g. Axis 1) or write a handlaer to transform the SOAP message. Sorry, that I do not have any better new for you.
