I had the same problem - obligatory blog entry here : http://arrogantprogrammer.blogspot.com/2008/10/jbossws.html. I haven't figured out why this is happening; however, the problem disappeared when I imported the project into a fresh Eclipse install. I was running Eclipse 3.3 with JBossTools installed when the error was occurring. I'll file a Jira issue if I can reproduce.
