Tanuki uses the wrapper.conf file to define both JVM and application arguments. You need
to set the wrapper.java.additional.N property (where N is the next number - for example,
if there are already wrapper.java.additional.1 and wrapper.java.additional.2, you should
set wrapper.java.additional.3).
