I subscribe to the idea. But then we need to limit ourselves to a fresh instance of the
Java or JEE edition of Eclipse, as the update mechanism will pull in the other
dependencies when using the Classic version.
Automatically adding user libraries is probably more tricky. They sit in the preferences
whick is a part of the workspace. So if you want to do that, you probably need to ship a
'default' workspace as well (like we did in the past).
