You can give it a try including it in your project pom.xml, currently version 1.0.0-SNAPSHOT is available on the repository: http://snapshots.jboss.org/maven2/org/jboss/ws/plugins/maven-jaxws-tools-...   If there're no complaints or special needs for the first version, I'm going to tag and release a first final version on Monday.
