btw, i've read that jbpm uses internaly a message system, so.. can it suport triggers? Can I from a Action context be able to access to an engine to send messages to trigger events on task's that will be waiting? The SecurityDeployer should have the server default. We also need to start integrating the metadata repository api to allow for the SecurityDeployer to pickup a default from a higher level. [Design of POJO Server] - Unauthenticated Identity for ejb timers

With my workspace in trunk, I see an issue with ejb timers. For the test case, the unauthenticated identity is defined at the security domain level and not in the application nor ejb metadata. In jboss4, the parsing for application metadata would fall back to ask the JaasSecurityManagerService for the unauthenticated identity. Since our new deployers do not have this fallback capability, I am going to configure unauthenticated identity at the ear and ejb deployer level? Scott, any feedback on this? Quite a lot of progress has been made on improving the instantiation times for objects advised by per_instance aspects when using generated advisors. For generated advisors the instance advisor has a per_instance domain, which is populated similarly to the class advisors domain. Main changes for better performance are: * Make a lot of the maps in AspectManager/Domain only initialise when first accessed. Quite often these are not used, and TLongObjectHashMap and ConcurrentReaderHashMap are very costly to create. * Make a lot of the maps in Advisor/ClassAdvisor/GeneratedClassAdvisor also only initialise when first accessed for the same reasons as above. * Clone the JoinPointInfos from the class advisor * When creating interceptor chains, simply copy/clone the chains from the class advisor if the instance domain contains no bindings/metadata/etc that would cause the instance advisor to have different chains. * One JoinPointGenerator is maintained per advised joinpoint at class advisor level. It should be fixed now if you get the latest from svn. It looks like the maven guys released a new version of the assembly plugin that doesn't like an empty assembly. The assembly descriptors are fixed, and the build seems ok now.
