Is there an api yet to discovery the ears and wars already deployed? The KnownComponentTypes doesn't define an ear or war type to use to query the ManagementView. So, all that code is just for mcbean deployments, whereas ear deployments only need the distribute method. For follow-up, my solution for EJB3 will be the following: * Introduce an Ejb3Registry SPI to informally mirror operation naming conventions set forth by JNDI (lookup, bind, rebind, unbind) * Implement an MC Plugin that conforms to the SPI * AS Deployers will be responsible for populating the Ejb3Registry with the MC Implementation (ie. put in a reference to the Kernel) * Unit Tests, Embedded, other runtimes become responsible for providing their own implementations or populating with MC Implementation This way, EJB3 may become agnostic to the Object Store and hence becomes decoupled from MC, further ensuring that only the appropriate Kernel is in scope (as many may be available within the JVM). We should also allow the ack mode to be specified as an argument to the listener or sender (currently it's hardcoded to DUPS_OK). We should also allow disabling of the queue drain by a param. If you just want to measure the consume rate, i.e. send a bunch of messages then after that, consume them, currently it's not possible since it assumes the listener must be started first and all messages drained. I notice that a number of warm up messages was added for the sender, but not for the listener. We need it on the listener too.
