What is being cached here? An entity? You can't use buddy replication for entity caching. What JGroups version are you using? I'd recommend 2.4.2, which is what is in the latest EAP release (which is also what I'd recommend). With jboss cache version 1.4.1.SP8 (http://repository.jboss.com/jboss/cache/1.4.1.SP8.patch02-brew), I do not have problem accessing a portal page. Hence this certainly fixes this problem. This is a question, directed straight to Anil :-) On JBM2, SecurityActions (http://anonsvn.jboss.org/repos/messaging/tags/JBossMessaging_2_0_0_Alpha1...) is using two deprecated methods (pushSubjectContext and popSubjectContext). They were deprecated by what? At this point JBM2 is working as standalone but we may use it integrated on JBAS later. Also.. the method dub is not being used by JBM. I'm not sure what dup should be doing, but since it's not being used anywhere I guess we should remove it from our implementation. so I can either continue the naming convention and create something like: org/jboss/portal/jems/jems-jems//jems-jems-.jar In this case I could just make the version 0.1 since jems doesn't have it own module yet. This shouldn't cause any problems when jems does get its own module as long as it releases a version higher than 0.1 Or I could create something else like: org/jboss/portal/portal/2.6/portal-jems-2.6.jar any thoughts? [Design of JBoss Portal] - Problems with horizontal portlet orientation

Hi all, I am trying to develop a flexible layout for jboss portal, however, I found that the orientation attribute is not working as expected. The portlets never arrange horizontally even I have specified orientation='horizontal' within the p layout tag. Anyone had that problem before?
