[Design of AOP on JBoss (Aspects/JBoss)] - reflect and mdr CR releases

I've added support for @JBossXmlValue(ignoreEmptyString=false) which can be applied to a type. https://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/JBXB-151 I didn't add support for an annotation element to make it also dependent on child elements. I am still not sure about it. Also, this looks completely wrong to me anyway. This test is not testing anything in the deployers. 1) BeanInstanceClassFactory should be in jbossmc with the current test in jbossmc 2) The deployment test should be deploying something and using the deployment api to get the ManagedObject. I don't know who is to blame, but my guess would be that it was recent changes to the factories in jboss-man since this test tries to override an InstanceClassFactory.
