I has a verify... error and I got an error of with arguments not compatible to the method. I've looked in the code and it was somehow related to a final field. I'm not sure that the problem I had was related to the fact that there is a reference in the local variable table to the StringBuilder or something else. I just wonder if it could cause a problem... I'd say using JNDI is more complex. With JNDI you need to get initial context, lookup object etc. Without JNDI you just instantiate the object directly. OK, let's try with my approach + I'll remove Object method scanning. I'll let you know when I'm done, and you can then try out the MC/Kernel trunk. But like I said, you'll have to apply @MCAnnotations to your EJB MC bean creation, adding those possible annotation classes. Thanks for the info Andrew and Jonathan. I will now proceed to manually build the full JTA and XTS (1.1), as you indicated, from JBoss 4.6.0.CR1. Then, after exploding this manual build's resulting jbossxts.sar into $JBOSS_HOME/server//deploy/jbossxts.sar, I will then rebuild all of the WS-BusinessActivity Framework (i.e. both org.jboss.ba.demo and org.jboss. txbridge packages). The resulting WS-BA Framework should then be fully 1.1 compliant (I will confirm) and should work out of the box with the next EAP 5 point release (which will include XTS 1.1) Thanks again! The reason I was interested in doing filters is you may have the following scenario. 1) The mail node is entered and the pooled actors is assigned to a "factory" group. 2) The email address resolver resolves the group to 5 people, 3 of which are from jboss.org domain, and 2 of which are from the amentra.com domain. 3) The SMTP server responsible for servicing jboss.org domain emails is server (1) while all other domains need to go through the external email server (2). So, if we have a filter setup, we could let the email service select the appropriate email server to service the list provided.
