There's a separate integration module in the TS code, where integration code for application servers exists. These days it only has AS code in there, but over the years the amount of code there has grown and shrunk. I prefer the current approach because then there's a single location for all integration code related to TS and supported platforms. Kev will know for sure, but I suspect this code lives in its own jar. If that's the case then rebuilding that shouldn't ever require a re-QA of the stand-alone TS: just re-QA for the integration.
