When I was looking at org.jboss.messaging.test.util today, I realized that InVMContext,
InVMNameParse and InVMSingleInitialContextFactory is not used anywhere.
I have removed it from my local copy, and I will commit it after my testsuite run is
completed, unless you guys find any use for those classes.
